Field Trip to Lake Pontchartrain Basin Maritime Museum in Madisonville, LA.

Date/Time: Monday, 10/08/12. 1pm-5pm.

Date: Wednesday, 10.10.12

Schedule:

1:45pm     Meet @ museum parking (please be punctual)

2:00-3:00pm    Guided museum tour / instructional video viewing in two groups

3:00-4:00pm    Site documentation (photos, sketches, rough measurements etc.)

4:00pm    Dismissed for those that need to get back to the campus / stroll down to town center (wooden boat festival site) to see the boats assembling for the festival beginning on the following Friday.

* Museum entry fee is five dollars per person

** The museum staff is in the midst of preparing for the annual Wooden Boat Festival - please be considerate of that fact that they have made a special effort to accommodate our schedule for the visit.
